Individual

Warmwell Counseling offers individual counseling to adults and teens (ages 13+), providing one-on-one support tailored to each client's unique needs and goals. No matter what issues you are navigating, therapy her is a collaborative process -- working together to help you grow, heal and move forward.

Telehealth

All sessions are held virtually throuhg a secure, HIPAA compliant, telehealth platform allowing you to show up fully from wherever feels most comfortable to you. Your privacy and confidentiality are always protected, giving you the space to focus on what matters most to you.

Do you accept insurance?

Warmwell Counseling does accept some insurance plans. We are partnered with Mindful Therapy Group, who handles all insurance related inquires and billing on our behalf. Please reach out to Mindful Therapy Group by calling (425) 608-0244. They also offer a text line as well at the number (425) 321-3920.

How long are sessions?

Sessions are typically around 50 minutes. The frequency of appointments is somethings we work out together based on your needs and goals, but we generally recommend starting out with weekly sessions to get into a good routine, and then move to biweekly sessions (every two weeks).

What can I expect during a therapy session?

The first session is a chance for us to get to know each other. We'll talk about what brings you to therapy, what you are hoping to get out of it, and begin building a foundation for our work together.

After the initial intake session; each session begins with a check-in where you can share anything new that has come up, ask questions, or raise any concerns before diving in. We believe that flexibility is an important part of the therapeutic process. If something is weighing on you, it can be hard to focus on your broader goals, so we make room for what feels most important in the here and now.

Next, we revisit any homework or exercises worked on between sessions -- exploring what the experience was like and discussing any adjustments that may be helpful moving forward. Every session is focused on what you need most in the moment, always keeping personal goals and growth at the center of our work together.
